Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Load, unload, and distribute materials (lumber, drywall, tools) to various work areas.
- Basic Setup: Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites, including cleaning and organizing.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Heavy Lifting: Perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Support Duties: Help with concrete pouring, framing support, and general cleanup at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work nights (typically 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Attention to Safety: Commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check.
