Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry and concrete pouring.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and moving materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors to ensure project accuracy.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours.
- Experience with power tools and construction equipment is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
