Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site tasks and general labor.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by following all OSHA regulations.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety instructions.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to perform manual labor for extended shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work nights and in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.
