Responsibilities
- Execute heavy physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery with precision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to meet tight project deadlines
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finish carpentry as needed
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Reliable transportation to Mesa job sites
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
