- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation

- Assist skilled trades with material preparation, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery under supervision
- Perform quality control checks and report maintenance needs for equipment
- Collaborate with crew leads to optimize workflow and project timelines
- Document daily progress and material usage through digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid O-10 card or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials handling
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Francisco
