Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earth-moving operations under supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) with precision
- Assist in pouring concrete, installing rebar, and setting forms
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and site safety protocols
- Manage material inventory and staging for next-day operations
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with engineers and site supervisors on complex tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Valid Class B driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Fluency in English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus
- Availability for 10-hour night shifts (6PM-4AM)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
