Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including mixing concrete, digging trenches, and hauling debris.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing trash and unused materials.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform basic site preparation and cleanup duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM or similar schedules).
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices and OSHA regulations.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
