Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks as directed.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Transport materials to and from the work area efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions outdoors.
