Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare and clean job sites, including digging, filling, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand tools, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks as directed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Assist with demolition tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Experience: No prior construction experience is necessary. We teach you the trade!
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
