Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen on commercial/residential projects
- Complete daily progress reports and inventory management
- Assist in blueprint interpretation and layout implementation
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and quality checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for shift-based roles
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
