Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and compactors safely
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and basic repairs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Team player with clear communication skills
