Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through debris removal, equipment setup, and material staging
- Operate hand/power tools safely (jackhammers, saws, drills) under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, digging, and foundation work
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Perform site cleanup and waste management per project requirements
- Complete daily progress reports and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Availability for consistent night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Comfort working in various weather conditions
- Willingness to cross-train in multiple construction trades
