Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Load and unload construction materials safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Assist in setting up and breaking down work areas
- Complete tasks efficiently as directed by site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
