- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Perform night shift operations (6 PM - 6 AM) with enhanced shift differential
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and project documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent training
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Flexibility for overnight shifts and weekend work as needed
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
