Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials at the job site efficiently.
- Site Support: Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall hanging, concrete finishing, and general cleanup.
- Machinery Operation: Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Physical Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in construction labor is preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
