Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support team members with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Read Blueprints: Interpret basic electrical plans and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Site Preparation: Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and protective equipment.
- Tool Maintenance: Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and answer basic questions regarding ongoing work.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Math Skills: Basic understanding of measurements and fractions.
- Attitude: Motivated, eager to learn, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
