Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials to designated areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of every shift.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various construction duties.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize storage areas.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work Night Shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina required; ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
