Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under direct supervision.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the work area to ensure safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is highly desirable.
