Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under strict supervision.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations strictly at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
