Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and excavators (training provided).
- Perform physical labor including digging, pouring concrete, framing, and site cleanup.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from foremen to ensure accurate project execution.
- Handle basic carpentry, roofing, or excavation tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
