Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Set up and dismantle temporary structures and barricades.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
