Responsibilities
- Assist with construction site preparation including material handling and cleanup
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate basic tools under supervision (hammers, saws, shovels)
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Support skilled tradespeople with material staging and task completion
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- No prior construction experience necessary—training provided
