Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to comply with safety standards
- Support excavation, framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
