Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the site.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate power tools and hand tools under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support skilled tradespeople including carpenters, electricians, and ironworkers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we will train you.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
