Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Safely operate hand tools and basic power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support skilled trades with tasks like concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Perform cleanup duties to maintain OSHA compliance
- Participate in daily team briefings and project planning sessions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we train everyone!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
