Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including demolition, excavation, and framing
- Load/unload materials and operate basic hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Prepare surfaces and transport equipment/materials as directed
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Participate in site setup and cleanup operations
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
