Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on residential/commercial sites
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Mix concrete, lift materials, and perform basic site cleanup duties
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support team members to meet daily project milestones
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physical labor in all weather
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential
- Willingness to learn safety protocols and construction techniques
- Basic math skills for material measurements
