Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (shovels, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support demolition, excavation, and concrete pouring tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
- Adapt to changing project requirements and schedules
Qualifications
- No experience required - entry-level positions available
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license (company vehicles provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites
