Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and basic tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Operate hand tools and machinery under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily cleanup duties and site maintenance
- Participate in team projects and follow supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, carrying, standing)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to follow directions
