Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Clean and maintain job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Assist with trenching, excavation, and concrete work as needed
- Complete daily tasks with punctuality and teamwork focus
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability with daily attendance
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards
- Basic math skills for material measurements
