Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and responsibly under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work site
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating machinery
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
