Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in basic site setup and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Valid California driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic English communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check
