Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.) under supervision
- Maintain organized work areas and follow safety protocols
- Support various construction tasks as assigned by site supervisors
- Participate in team projects to meet construction deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic understanding of English communication
