Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks and site preparation
- Load/unload materials and operate basic hand/power tools safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and cleanup
- Adapt to various construction environments and weather conditions
- Complete tasks efficiently under supervisor guidance
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills in English
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
