Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under night shift conditions
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
