Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters and contractors with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read basic blueprints and instructions from supervisors
- Assist in framing, foundation work, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements

- Must be 18+ years old
