Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup duties
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized workspaces
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and project meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
