Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and instructions
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Support various trades (carpentry, masonry, demolition) as needed
Qualifications
- No formal experience required – training provided
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification (company-sponsored)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
