Responsibilities

- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Assist with equipment operation under supervision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in Louisiana weather
- Basic math skills for measurement and material counts
