Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials using hand tools and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring debris removal and proper safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) with tasks as directed
- Operate basic machinery like jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and project instructions
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
