Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain clean job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal throughout work areas
- Support excavation, demolition, and concrete pouring tasks as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and project progress meetings
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train all new hires!
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Las Vegas
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
