Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including material handling, excavation support, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and construction activities
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with day/night shift teams
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Louisville metro
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (typically 7 PM - 5 AM)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
