Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site prep, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment as directed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train!
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
