Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including loading materials and tools.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the guidance of foremen.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, lifting, and hauling debris.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow blueprints and site plans to ensure accurate project execution.
- Unload and organize supplies from delivery trucks.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
