Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Safely operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and organize job sites
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and carrying
- Assist with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as trained
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train on the job!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player with positive attitude and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
