Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and journeyman tradespeople with daily site operations and setup.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary fencing or scaffolding.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools (saws, drills, levels) under supervision.
- Transport heavy materials from delivery trucks to work areas using dollies or forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor for extended shifts.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating material needs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.
