Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site tasks and operations.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from the site.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
- Perform general physical labor, including digging, leveling, and carrying.
Qualifications
- No experience required – Must be eager to learn and willing to undergo training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including weekends if necessary.
