Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Follow precise instructions from supervisors and maintain job site safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment as directed
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain organized and clean work areas throughout projects
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train!
- Strong work ethic and physical stamina for outdoor labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Boston area
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic communication skills and team collaboration mindset
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
