Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform manual labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, adhering to strict safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Participate in team-based projects requiring physical stamina and coordination
- Report progress and issues to site supervisors
- Complete safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
