Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and grading the ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing waste and debris regularly.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various manual tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to work hard.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to following safety protocols and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
